The police hat is sized to fit a Christmas Elf with a hole through it so his elf hat pops up in the middle. The belt is slightly pliable (be careful!) so it can flex around the body and snaps together so it won't fall off. The baton and handcuffs are designed to fit the on the belt as in the listing pictures. The citation card is for your elf to call out naughty or nice behavior by your child. One citation comes with the standard kit or you can add on a set of 4 additional.
