sold out
This is a totally unique St Patricks Day craft kit for kids or any leprechaun, DIY, or craft enthusiast! This DIY Leprechaun Trap Kit is laser cut wood to build you're very own Rainbow Leprechaun Trap. It comes complete with everything needed to build and paint your St. Patrick's Day Leprechaun surprise.
How Do You Catch a Leprechaun? You Need a TRAP Of Course!
What better than to DIY their own Rainbow Leprechaun Trap this St Patricks Day, complete with shiny gold rocks, a pot of gold, and best of all an enticing rainbow! What little Leprechaun could resist investigating a pot of gold under a rainbow. . . he will fall right into your trap!
Did you know that Leprechauns are fairies and are the bankers of the Fairy World. Remember, if you catch a Leprechaun you should not take your eyes off of him and you can ask for three wishes (but do not ask for four)! Happy Hunting!
Make sure to check out the optional add-ons:
Leprechaun Boots or Hats - 3d Printed boots and Hats left behind by your trickster!
What is Included in the base kit?
Unpainted laser cut wood pieces for: Leprechaun slide, box, choice of two “Pot Of Gold” Signs, and three inviting signs.
***Secret Black Pouch****The Secret Black Pouch is for PARENTS ONLY. It includes a Leprechaun Boot that can be left in or near the trap, magical fairy glitter dust generated when a Leprechaun escapes, and a Leprechaun escape note!
Rainbow Paint Strip
Green Acrylic Paint
Gold Acrylic Paint
Two Paintbrushes
Gold Painted Rocks
10 Plastic Gold Coins
Black Pot/Cauldron
Elmer’s Glue
To build the box, assemble like a puzzle and use the included Elmer's Glue along the inside of each seam, use masking tape to hold everything together while the glue dries. You can paint the box before or after gluing it. Try painters or masking tape on the slide for clean paint lines. The laser cut pieces smell a little like a campfire which dissipates with time and when painted. We have also put a tissue over the box hole, to trick the trickster fairy, but if you put gold coins or nuggets in the hole, the tissue probably is not necessary!
We would LOVE to see pictures of your assembled traps and we would REALLY LOVE to know if you catch a trickster fairy!
